The centre offers self-development and creative workshops, complementary treatments, programs and unique gifts that promote the restoration of inner peace and harmony to achieve outer vitality and wellness.
Alison Pothier acquired Inside Out Retreats in 2005 and has initiated a major refurbishment programme to support growth and expansion in treatments, programming and retail. The centre is a tranquil and private escape in the heart of Richmond. A hidden gem, it is a retreat for the soul.
